ROLL OFF CONTAINER SERVICE AGREEMENT

Items Permitted in Containers:

·  Lumber, Siding & Drywall

·  Roofing

·  Wiring

·  Insulation

·  Decking

·  Fixtures

·  Piping

·  Metal

·  Concrete, Asphalt, Brick, Rock & Stone

·  Paint cans, empty only, with lids removed

·  All types of Bathroom & Kitchen Appliances

·  Cabinets, Windows & Doors

·  Landscaping debris such as tree limbs, brush, small plants & grass

·  Municipal waste such as standard household or business trash


Items NOT Permitted in Containers:

·  NO HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

·  NO BIOHAZARDOUS MATERIALS

·  NO TOXIC MATERIALS

·  NO TIRES

·  NO TELEVISIONS OR ELECTRONICS ($15 FEE PER ELECTRONIC)

·  NO BATTERIES

·  NO FREON, OIL OR OTHER REGULATED MATERIAL

·  NO GASOLINE, PROPANE OR OTHER HIGHLY FLAMMABLE CHEMICAL

·  NO SPECIAL WASTE THAT REQUIRES LICENSURE FOR TRANSPORT



Containers may only be moved/relocated by us. BMB Rolloffs of Asheville. will not be responsible for damages to paved or concreted surfaces, grass, yards or walkways.  Customer is fully responsible for the entire contents of the container and is the rightful owner of the contents of the container until the contents are disposed of and accepted, without protest, by the respective disposal facility.  Customer is responsible for all costs, fines and penalties if prohibited items are disposed of in the container. Costs may include cleanup, monitoring, testing, legal fees, penalties and other charges arising from disposal of prohibited items. All refuse shall remain within the confines of the container and must not exceed the top or sides of the container.  Additional charges and penalties incurred from overloading are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a $100.00 fee assessed for overloading the container or for blocking access to the container. 



Customer’s billing information due at time of rental (name, email address, billing address, etc). Damages to the container are the responsibility of the customer.  Damage fees will be assessed and charged to the customer. The price quoted includes one delivery, one pickup, and first ton of debris. Rental fee for the container is $3.00 per day. Landfill rates will be billed at $55 per ton over initial one-ton allowance.
